Mr. Becker was awarded the CFA in December 1999.
Prior to Argus, Mr. Becker worked for Concurrent Computer Corporation where he was the Supplier Quality Manager.
Mr. Becker has also worked for Amp Incorporated and General Dynamics Corporation.
Mr. Becker earned a Masters Degree from Lehigh University in 1987 and an engineering degree from Syracuse University in 1983.
