Before joining Westpeak, Mr. Franz was in charge of software development and computer systems for Invesco's Quantitative Strategies Group from 1989 to 1991, and for ASA/Quantum from 1984 to 1989.
He received a B.A. in Mathematics, cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Pomona College in Claremont, California.
