Upon completing his MA in Modern European Cinema, Ricky worked for three years at Filmax International, serving primarily as a Marketing Coordinator for the international sales department, overseeing the marketing campaigns for all the studio's major releases, as well as being involved in the selection, production and financing of many of the company’s most prestigious projects.

In 2007, Ricky moved to Los Angeles.
There, as the Vice President of Future Films USA, he was involved in the financing and production of over 25 films, TV shows and web series.

Ricky currently serves as the VP of Business Development for ARIE Capital in the US, applying his years of experience of entertainment financing to the world of venture capital, while serving as a bridge between the Silicon Valley and ARIE Capital’s offices in London, Beijing and Tel Aviv.
