Prior to Abaxis, He was Vice President, Business Development from October 1999 to November 2002 at Colorado MEDtech, Inc., a full service outsource provider of medical device product development and manufacturing.
From March 1972 to April 1998, Mr. Schoen held several key positions with Beckman Coulter, a major manufacturer of in vitro laboratory instrumentation and biomedical systems, that included program management, sales and marketing management and general management where he was responsible for Beckman's point-of-care testing products.
