Profil
Richard Ghiselin was named Vice President of Operations in March 2020, and brings more than 30 years of engineering and management experience in the oil and gas industry.
Prior to March 2020, he was Sheridan’s Production Engineering Manager.
Prior to joining Sheridan in 2014, he was Vice President of Drilling & Completions and VP of Operations for Plantation Petroleum and RPM Energy, respectively.
His experience spans all phases of operations and he has worked multiple basins in the Lower 48, including drilling and completions roles in East Texas and North Louisiana with NFR Energy and El Paso E&P.
Richard began his career in the Permian Basin with Dowell Schlumberger in 1992 after graduating from Texas A&M University with a B.S.
in Petroleum Engineering.
