Rachid Laaziri has been Deputy Director Finance and Resources of CDG Invest since February 2019.
Rachid Laaziri began his career in 1997 in the financial markets, first at Upline Securities as a financial analyst, then from 2000 as Head of the Analysis & Research Department of the brokerage firm Crédit du Maroc Capital.
In December 2002, he joined the CDG Group as Project Manager within the Investments and Participations Division, where he led several investment, divestment and development projects for the CDG Group.
He also participated in setting up and negotiating bank financing as part of CDG Group's development projects.
In September 2004, he was appointed Investment Director of Fipar-Holding, in charge of the structuring and active management of portfolio investments.
In September 2009, he was appointed Finance & Support Director of Fipar-Holding, then Deputy Finance & Support Director since September 2014.
Rachid Laaziri is a member of the Board of Directors and of the Audit Committee of several investments in the portfolio.
Rachid Laaziri is a graduate of HEM Business School in Casablanca, and has an MBA in finance from TISOM International School of Management, and a Certificate of Company Directors from IMA-UIR.
