Kook is Chairman at Well & Well JP Capital Group Ltd. He has been involved in financial field since early 90s.
He was a commodity Trading Advisor (CTA198) accredited to Worldwide Investment Group.
Besides, he was also a Dealing Director (CD000928) of Well & Well Commodities Ltd., and a director of Shinung Well & Well Forex Company Ltd. which was a SFC licensed leveraged foreign exchange trader.
Currently, he is the sole owner of First Asia Merchants Bullion Limited which is a member of The Chinese Gold & Silver Exchange Society in Hong Kong.
With his solid investment and trading experience, he has been managing his own investment portfolio, including securities, private equities, property and leveraged forex.
Having perspicacity and sound background in financial field, he has employed a strong team to grow this new business.
Dr. Kook holds a doctorate degree in business administration.
In addition, he received the honor of Justice of Peace from the Australian government in 2005.
