Hargrove, CFA, is a Managing Director at Guardian Capital LP.

Mr. Hargrove's career in the financial services industry began when he joined SunLife and later, City of Calgary where he progressed from bond trading to portfolio management duties.
Prior to joining Guardian, he spent a decade in a similar leadership role in the fixed income group of MT Associates Investment Counsel.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Concordia University in 1975 and is a CFA charter holder.
