Kaminski is currently the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Technovation, Inc. and Chairman of HRL Laboratories LLC, US Electrodynamics, Inc., Digital Global Systems, Inc., LGS Innovations LLC, QuantiTech LLC, CoVant Management, Inc., Electra Aero, Inc., and Advisor of Milcom Tech, Inc. He is also a Trustee of The MITRE Corp.
and a Member of the Science & Technology Advisory Board of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Technology Advisory Group of the United States National Reconnaissance Office, and the National Academy of Engineering.
He is a Senior Fellow of the United States Defense Science Board, a Member of The Atlantic Council of the United States, a Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics & Astronautics, and a Member of the Advisory Board of MIT Lincoln Laboratory.
Dr. Kaminski's former positions include Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Technology Strategies & Alliances Corp., Chairman of Exostar LLC, Chairman of The RAND Corp., Independent Director of General Dynamics Corp., Director of DeCrane Aerospace, Inc., Anteon International Corp., DFI International, Inc., Bay Microsystems, Inc., and Logistics Management Institute, and Director-Low Observables Technology of the US Air Force.
He was also a Senior Partner of Global Technology Partners LLC and a Trustee of The RAND Corp.Dr. Kaminski received his doctorate from Stanford University, his graduate degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and his undergraduate degree from the United States Air Force Academy.
