Mr. Paul A. Stefanick is a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank Securities as Managing Director of the Global Banking Division and Global Head of the Industrials Group on January 22, 2009, Mr. Stefanick was a Managing Director and Chairman of Global Mergers & Acquisitions with Bank of America Merrill Lynch from May 2005 until September 2008.
He joined Merrill Lynch's M&A group in 1988 where he advised on mergers, acquisitions, sales, divestitures, takeover defenses and recapitalization assignments mainly in the global industrials and technology sectors.
Mr. Stefanick received a Bachelors degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1982 and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1988.
