Previously, she was Vice President and a Portfolio Manager at Commerce Bancshares in St. Louis, where she managed investment portfolios for both institutional and high-net-worth clients.
She also served as the firm’s financial-stock analyst for both the Value and Core equity strategies.
Pamela spent 10 years at Commerce, working in corporate credit analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and asset liability management prior to becoming a portfolio manager.
Ms. Schmitt received a Bachelor of Science in business administration degree with a minor in Japanese studies from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
She received an Master’s of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst designations.
She is a member of the CFA Institute as well as the CFA Society of Cincinnati.
