Niraj has made a career out of identifying operational gaps and fixing them at some of the largest, high tech firms in the world.
He’s worked to help reduce quality test times while decreasing error rates, integrate disparate data sources to conduct more robust analysis, and build complex business intelligence models to help business units make smart decisions.
Now at Headwater Operations, Niraj can take these same skills and apply them to the LKCM portfolio of companies.
In addition, he is also the co-founder of two startup companies – GolfWeGo and Haast Board Company.
GolfWeGo is a web based application that makes scoring a wide variety of golf games a breeze.
Haast Board Company is a woodworking shop focused on creating wooden surfboards and skateboards using a CNC machine that Niraj built and programmed himself.
Through these two ventures, Niraj has picked up on many skills that can help small and medium sized business grow – web and application development, CAD design, marketing, and more.
Niraj holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, all from the University of Texas at Austin.
He has been married for 13 years and has two daughters, aged 10 and 6.
In his spare time, Niraj is either playing golf or creating something – whether that’s woodworking, building some new electronics gadget, or a combination of the two.
