Mr. Wilson joined River Cities in 1995.
He has been very active in establishing River Cities as a player in the regional venture markets of Columbus, Ohio and Chicago, Illinois.
Prior to River Cities, he worked at another Cincinnati-based venture firm as their first investment analyst, where he put consistent formal analytical practices in place.
He previously lived the entrepreneurial life as a self-employed consultant, providing business plan writing and dynamic financial modeling services for clients wishing to raise capital.
During his consulting career, Mr. Wilson was awarded a graduate assistantship to Xavier University's Chairman of the Department of Finance.
His first professional position was Investment Officer for a small bank in Boston during the later half of the 1980s.
Mr. Wilson holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from Xavier University.
