Mohammed bin Issa bin Mohamed Al-Khalifa is the founder of Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. founded in 2008.

He was also Vice Chairman of BBK BSC and Umniah Mobile Co. PSC.
He was the Chairman of SICO BSC from 1995 to 2011 and Chairman of SICO BSC (Investment Management).
He held the position of Deputy Chairman at National Motor Co. and Bahrain International Golf Course Co. BSC.
He was a Director at Bahrain Commercial Facilities Co. BSC and Bahrain Stock Exchange.
He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 1989.
