Mr. Mike A. Nicolais is a Managing Director at Wall Street Access Asset Management LLC.
Prior to joining Wall Street, Mr. Nicolais began his career in 1949 as an Assistant Treasurer with Clark Estates, Inc. In the 1960s, he began working on Clark Estates' investment side before being named President in 1968 & retired in 1991.
Previously, Mr. Nicolais served as President of Hugoton Production Co. In addition, he served as a Director of Mesa Petroleum Company from 1969 until 1984.
From June 1991 to April 1993, he was employed by Goldman Capital Management, Inc. In April 1993, he joined Carret & Co., the investment firm created by Pioneer Fund Founder Philip Carret, as a Senior Managing Director.
He currently serves as a Director of Hitox Corp.

Mr. Nicolais graduated, magna cum laude, with a BS in Accounting from Wagner College in Staten Island, New York in 1949.
