Schmidt is a Chairman, President & Chief Compliance Officer at Diversified Management, Inc. Prior to joining Diversified Management in 1996, he was a Supervisor and Trust Operations/Securities Team Leader in the securities department of Firstar Trust Company.
He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1990 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in finance.
He is a Certified Financial Planner and a member of the Financial Planning Association.
