Elizondo is Co-Founder & Executive Managing Director at Long Wharf Real Estate Partners LLC.
Prior to co-founding of Long Wharf Real Estate Partners in July 2011, Mr. Elizondo was the Executive Managing Director of the Fidelity Real Estate Group, where he spent over 16 years.
Prior to joining Fidelity in 1995, he was a Principal at Colony Capital.
He began his real estate career in 1983 leasing, developing and owning many projects with Trammell Crow Company.
He later became a Partner, Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Trammell Crow Company in Southern California.
He has over 30 years of experience in real estate investment management.
Mr. Elizondo earned his B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from Emory University and his M.B.A. from Harvard University.
