Michael Crow joined Sequel Holdings in 2006 as Senior Vice President and CFO.
He sits on the Investment Committee of all Sequel funds and the board of directors of Chairmans Foods and Star Seed.
Prior to joining Seque, Mr. Crow was a Managing Director of Growth Capital Partners, a Houston-based investment bank focused on providing M&A advisory and capital raising services for middle market businesses in the Southwest.
Mr. Crow was also head of GCP’s Dallas office and its Equity Sponsors group.
Prior to joining GCP, Mr. Crow was a Managing Director for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation, a full-service investment banking company.
He joined DLJ in 1988 as an associate in New York and moved to the Dallas office in 1990.
While at DLJ, he focused on capital raising services (public and private offerings of equity and debt securities), M&A advisory services (sellside and buyside), recapitalization transactions and merchant banking investment activities.
Mr. Crow received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with minors in Mathematics and Economics from Southern Methodist University in 1982.
He also received a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia in 1988.
