He began his career in 1994 with Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. where he was a Vice President in the International Institutional Equity Group.
He remained in equity research until 2004 with Leerink Partners where he ultimately served as a Principal and Co-Director of Equity Research.
His team at Leerink Partners ranked first from 2002-2004 in the Institutional Investor 'Best of the Boutiques' poll for Specialty Pharmaceutical research.
He received his BA degree from The College of William & Mary.
