Manasse, CPA, is a Managing Director at ACI Capital Co. LLC.
Mr. Manasse joined ACI Capital as a Managing Director in 2008.
Prior to joining the Firm, he was a Managing Director at Bear Growth Capital Partners, an affiliate of Bear Stearns.
Before that, he spent five years with Tinicum Capital Partners, LP, a middle-market private equity firm.
His career prior to private equity included serving as a mergers and acquisitions associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and as a CPA at KPMG LLP focusing on corporate reorganizations.
He has served on the boards of directors in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.
He is currently a director of Accent Energy.
Mr. Manasse received his BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, graduating magna cum laude and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
