Mr. Witte has been with Marwit Capital since 1984.
In 2000, in connection with the firm’s investment in Paciolan, Inc., an enterprise software company headquartered in Irvine, California, Mr. Witte also assumed an interim operating role as Executive Vice President-Finance and Business Development.
In 2001, he again took on an interim role as CEO of IndX Software and ran that company until its acquisition by Siemens A G in 2003.
Mr. Witte has been past President of the Western Association of SBIC’s and a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Association of SBIC’s.
He was previously a General Partner of the Related Companies, a New York based investment firm, and with Grosvenor International Holdings, the overseas investment arm of the Grosvenor Estate of London.
Mr. Witte is a graduate of Cornell University and is currently a Director of Paciolan, Inc. and Fire Grill, LLC.
