Over the course of 10 years, Adams Cohen raised over $7 billion in capital for thrifts and banks.
In 1995, he merged Adams Cohen & Associates and Adams Cohen Securities with Sandler O'Neill & Partners, LP.
He served as a principal at Sandler from 1995-2001, where he had the responsibility of handling all conversion transactions.
Mr. Cohen received his B.A. in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
