Man Lok Kan is the founder of Champion Technology Holdings Ltd. (founded in 1987) and Kantone Holdings Ltd. (founded in 1996).
He is currently the Chairman of Hong Kong IT Alliance (since 1999), a Council Member of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Member of Federation of Hong Kong Industries.

(2001-2010), Member of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and General Manager of Asiadata Ltd. He holds an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
