Ms. Crawford, a Managing Director at Infinity, is the COO, coordinating the internal administrative, financial and investor liaison functions.
She also assists our portfolio companies with infrastructure and general business consulting, including mergers and acquisitions and budgeting.
Ms. Crawford was a partner with PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP prior to joining Infinity Capital where she ran a tax, financial, and business advisory consulting practice.
Her 23 years of experience includes mergers and acquisitions, transaction due diligence, domestic and international joint venture structuring, and financial modeling.
Ms. Crawford recieved her B.S., Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
She is also a CPA. Ms. Crawford serves on the Board of Trustees of the Computer History Museum and was formerly on the board of the Mid-Peninsula YMCA for 15 years.
