Mr. Hershey is an attorney in Washington, DC and currently manages venture capital and portfolio assets as the President and CEO of Arcadia Investments, L.C.
He brings a wealth of experience to EarthWalk Communications, Inc. with expertise in the areas of legal, management, civic affairs, and communications.Mr. Hershey was a co-founder of Capitol American Financial Corporation in 1970.
Mr. Hershey received his J.D.
from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1976 and LL.M.
in International Law from Georgetown University Law Center in 1978.
His background includes serving as a federal prosecutor and trial attorney in the U.S.
Department of Justice, serving in the General Counsel’s offices of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission in Washington and the American Arbitration Association in New York City.
He is a trustee of WETA (the PBS affiliate in Greater Washington), the Virginia Chapter of The Nature Conservancy, the Cleveland Orchestra, and three independent private foundations which he also actively manages.
