Ms. Lilian CAO is an Investment Director of Value Partners, and a member of the Value Partners Research and Portfolio Management Team.
Based in Shanghai, she is responsible for investment and research on the Greater China region.
She covers a broad range of stocks listed in Hong Kong and China’s A-share market.
Ms. CAO joined Value Partners in June 2015, with 14 years’ experience in research and investment in China market.
She was promoted to the current role in January 2023.
Prior to joining Value Partners, she was a Senior Associate with China International Capital Corporation, covering consumer staples sector.
Earlier, she was a Senior Associate with BOC International (China), covering food and beverage sector.
She began her career as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, specializing on consulting projects for local and multinational consumer and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (“TMT”) giants.
Ms. CAO graduated from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University in China with a Master’s degree in Finance; and University of International Business & Economics in China with a Bachelor’s degree in Management.
