Dr. Larry Zhang, is the Investment Principal and Internal Counsel of Tsing Capital.
He is mainly involved in deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, transaction monitoring and portfolio management.
Dr. Zhang has substantial experience in private equity and investment, legal affairs and corporate management, and particularly built up strong expertise and knowledge base in Cleantech investment.
Prior to joining Tsing Capital, he worked with Founder Communications, in charge of investment and equity financing, corporation and strategy and legal affairs.
Before that, he served at Great Wall Broadband Network Services, responsible for M&A and project investment.
He also worked at Winsway Petro-Chemicals as project manager.
Dr. Zhnag has a Ph.D in Economics from University of Internati onal Business and Economics, and LLM and B.A in English at People's Liberation Army Foreign Languages Institute.
