She has been dealing with local enterprises development for more than 20 years.
In 1995, she was appointed Deputy Director, Enterprise Development Division and concurrently, Senior Manager of EDBI.
In April 2003, she was appointed the Senior Vice President of EDBV Management Pte Ltd.
