Howe is currently the President and CEO at Maryland Proton Treatment Center.
She founded Windsor Healthcare Equities LLC and served as Executive Vice President of the company.
She helped launch Windsor Healthcare following a 27 year career in Commercial Banking, where her primary focus was in Healthcare Finance in 2007.
Most recently she was responsible for development of the Long Term Care Segment within the Mid-Atlantic Region for M&T Bank, focusing on skilled nursing, assisted living, and continuing care retirement communities.
A frequent instructor at the Erickson School for Aging Studies, Ms. Howe served as Chair of the Beacon Institute and a Board Member of its parent organization, Mid-Atlantic LifeSpan.
She also serves on the executive board of the Y of Central Maryland and chairs the Finance Committee.
Ms. Howe received her undergraduate degree from Lycoming College and an MBA from Loyola College in Maryland.
