Prior to becoming Division President, Mr. Golinsky served as Director of Loan Asset Management, responsible for resolving both lender consents and defaulted loans.
Prior to working at LNR, he was a partner in various real estate development ventures focused primarily on retail, office and land development, including serving as Senior Vice President of Swerdlow Real Estate Group.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Colorado.
