Kwang-Soo Chang served as the Chairman & President of the National Information Society Agency from 2013 to 2022.
Prior to that, he was the Head-Gwangju Integrated Computing Center at the South Korea Ministry of Information & Communication from 2004 to 2008.
He also held the position of Head-Informatization Strategy Office at the South Korea Ministry of Public Safety & Security in 2013.
Dr. Chang obtained a graduate degree from the London School of Economics & Political Science in 1998.
He later earned a graduate degree from Seoul National University in 2010.
Additionally, he received an undergraduate degree from Kyungpook National University in 1981 and a doctorate degree from Chung-Ang University in 2011.
