Ms. Kruti Muni is a Managing Director at Moody's Investors Service, Inc. She manages the U.S.
consumer ABS surveillance teams at Moody’s.
She joined Moody’s U.S.
structured finance team as an analyst in 2002, transferred to Moody’s U.K.
office in 2006 to analyze European RMBS.
She returned to the U.S.
in 2010 to oversee the U.S.
Residential Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS) new ratings team.
Prior to her current role, she had managed multiple new ratings teams at Moody’s including those responsible for analyzing the U.S.
credit cards, consumer loans, student loans, U.S RMBS, U.S.
& Canadian covered bonds, Single Family Rental transactions, Originator Assessments and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) RMBS.
She has published and spoken extensively on the U.S structured finance and EMEA RMBS.
She has also been actively involved in developing and updating Moody’s structured finance methodologies in various sectors and jurisdictions.
Ms. Muni was previously employed as a Vice President & Senior Credit Officer by Logan Capital Management, Inc. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Rochester (William E.
Simon Graduate School of Business Administration) in the U.S.A.
