Ms. Darrah joined NBS Real Estate Capital in June 2004.
Most recently, she was the Director of Finance with Portland Family Entertainment LP, a high-profile turnaround organization.
Prior to Portland Family Entertainment, she was the Vice President of Finance & Controller for Micropump, Inc., a manufacturing company located in Vancouver, WA. As a member of the Executive Staff, she had reporting responsibilities to the company's president and senior management at Micropump's parent company, IDEX Corporation.
During her eight years with Micropump, her experience included acquisition due diligence, international accounting, and a system conversion.
She spent ten years with Fireman's Fund Insurance Companies based in Novato, CA, where she served in several management positions.
She began her career in public accounting at Ernst & Young.
Ms. Darrah obtained a B.A. in Accounting from Ball State University and a Master of Business Administration from Washington State University.
She holds a Certified Public Accountants license (California - inactive) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
