In addition, he has served on the Boards of Liberty Group Publishing, Zweig White, Stagnito Media, The UniMark Group, Northwind Resources, and Malabar International.
Mr. O’Shea has an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, a Masters in Tax, as well as a B.S.
in Accounting from DePaul University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
In addition, Mr. O’Shea was a member of the adjunct faculty at The Elmhurst College Center for Business and Economics from 1990 to 2000
