He has primarily worked with Atlas Vitron and TransAxle.
In addition to his work with Graham's portfolio companies, Mr. Price continues to serve as a consultant for The Carlyle Group, one of the world's largest private equity firms, with more than $80 billion under management, and for other private equity firms.
He has held senior financial roles where he helped complete both significant financial turnarounds and added value through operational improvements.
Prior to his work with Graham Partners, Mr. Price most recently served as Vice President and Chief Financial officer of Stellex Aerostructures, Inc., a multi-divisional aerospace manufacturer.
Prior to that, he was Vice President, Controller and Treasurer of Harvard Industries, an international multi-division, highly leveraged automotive manufacturer.
Throughout his career, he has worked for The Pullman Co., Grimes Aerospace and FL Industries.
Early in his career, Mr. Price worked at Baker Industries, Wagner Automotive Division of Cooper Industries, Allied Corporation and Arthur Andersen & Co.
Mr. Price received his B.B.A. in Accounting and his CPA Certificate from the University of Notre Dame.
