Prior to joining ATV in 2007, Mr. Ebbitt was a Senior Product Marketing Manager at PayPal where he managed global checkout solutions for PayPal on eBay.
During his time in this role he launched several features designed to capture greater share of wallet for the $54B in transactions completed on the eBay marketplace each year.
Prior to PayPayl/eBay, he worked as an investment analyst at Menlo Ventures where he evaluated early-stage deals in software, communications and internet infrastructure companies.
He started his career at Hambrecht & Quist LLC/Chase H&Q as a financial analyst with the eBusiness Software Group where he developed valuation analyses, performed due diligence, prepared offering memoranda, and analyzed strategic issues for companies in the internet software industry.
Mr. Ebbitt holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Middlebury College.
