Kathleen A. Maciejewski, CIPM joined AMBS Investment Counsel, LLC in 1998.
She is the Operations Manager, Chief Compliance Officer, and a Principal of the firm.
As Operations Manager, Kathy provides leadership to the Operations Team and is responsible for accurate and timely client reporting as well as general business reporting.
She is also involved in maintaining the AMBS database library in order to effectively and efficiently respond to Requests for Proposal and other specific client requests.
As Chief Compliance Officer, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm's compliance responsibilities.
Kathy graduated from Grand Valley State University in 1996 earning a BA and a MBA in 2002.
She earned her Certification in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) in 2007 and is a member of the CIPM Association.
