Mr. Joshua Kratchman is a Senior Associate at HealthPro BioVentures LLC.
He provides support for all of HealthPro’s capabilities, including strategic partnering, mergers & acquisitions, advisory, and licensing.

Most recently, Joshua founded AdVentures Consulting LLC, a company which provided small businesses with advisory, marketing and operational efficiency consulting.
One of AdVentures’ clients was a major speech-language pathology and audiology practice in New Jersey.
Joshua created a ground-up marketing department for the practice, focusing and expanding their productivity and marketing efforts.
Prior to AdVentures, he headed a sales department in Guitar Center, a major musical retail company.
Prior to that, he was the assistant to the Head Economist at Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Kratchman is an accomplished writer, with fiction stories and non-fiction articles and papers published in various popular and academic venues including the Rutgers Oral History Archive.
In addition, he is a seasoned musician, proficient at guitar, drums and percussion, piano, and various ethnic instruments, as well as theory, production and engineering, and composition.
Joshua has built a recording studio and has produced a number of artists.
Mr. Kratchman graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Music.
Joshua also attended New York University’s Stern School of Business, studying finance and marketing.
