Mr. Bridgewater began his career as an IBM marketing representative.
His career included several sales and marketing management positions where he attained several IBM Excellence awards.
He finished his career as a Business Unit executive.
Following his retirement he spent the next 10 years with the Thomas Group, a Dallas based operations excellence company.
During that time he consulted with many national and international companies in the U.S., Europe, and China, where he worked with the top management to increase their profitability through better operational management using more effective and efficient management tools.
Following Thomas Group, Bridgewater joined White Rock Advisors, a Dallas based investment banking firm prior to joining Transition Capital Partners.
He graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from the University of Evansville.
