Mr. Klein was a case team leader at Bain & Company (1985-1987; 1992-1995).
During his five years with Bain, he worked closely with senior client management to develop and implement strategy recommendations in a variety of industries.
Prior to rejoining Bain, Mr. Klein was a Manager in the Corporate Turnaround Group of Price Waterhouse where he provided troubled companies with management support and bankruptcy advisory services.
Mr. Klein serves as a director of JSA Healthcare Corporation, The Home Service Store, and Hickory Farms.
Mr. Klien received a B.A. from Amherst College in 1985 and J.D.
from Michigan Law School in 1990.
