Mr. Gonzalez joined Weston Presidio in January 2003 as a Venture Partner.
Prior to joining Weston Presidio, from 1998 to 2002, Mr. Gonzalez was a Limited Partner with JP Morgan Partners where he focused on leveraged buyouts of industrial and consumer products companies.
Prior to that, from 1994 to 1998, Mr. Gonzalez headed the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice of KPMG Peat Marwick's Western Region and Latin America and was lead M&A transaction advisory partner to strategic and financial buyers.
He was with KPMG for over twenty years in the United States and Spain.
He currently serves on the boards of Sealy Corporation, M2 Automotive, Inc. and Airbase Services, Inc. Mr. Gonzalez received a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant.
