Mr. Kusnan founded JCK in April 2004.
He also works for DB Zwirn as Managing Partner.
From September 2001 until March 2004, he was employed in the Event-Driven Relative Value Group of Highbridge Capital Management, finishing as a Senior Vice President and Partner.
Prior to that, Mr. Kusnan served as Portfolio Manager and Head of Equities at MSD Capital, L.P, the private investment firm of Michael Dell, in 2000 and 2001.
Formerly, Mr. Kusnan was employed at Kingdon Capital Management, where he focused on European Equities.
From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Kusnan was an Analyst at Mutual Series Fund, the then-$16 billion value-oriented group of mutual funds where he was active in special situations and merger arbitrage, specializing in the insurance and healthcare industries as well as international investments.
Mr. Kusnan began his career at Lazard Frères & Co. as an Analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group.
Mr. Kusnan received an A.B. in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard College in 1993.
