Mr. Conway is one of the original co-founders of Midwest Research in Cleveland, which later became known as FTN Midwest Securities.
Prior to heading up Midwest's trading operations, he served as a Sales Trader at Dean Witter, and Kemper Securities in Chicago, as well as at McDonald & Co. and Prescott, Ball & Turben in Cleveland.
He migrated to Equity Sales in 2006.
He has several years of experience in the Institutional Equity business.
Mr. Conway is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
