Mr. João Simões is Founding Partner & Director at Duna Asset Management Ltda.
He holds joint responsibility with Mr. Ponchet for the fund management team of Duna Asset Management.
He began his career at Banco Garantia, in 1994, working on the foreign exchange trading desk and in the brokerage department, serving local and foreign clients, before joining the asset management team in 2004, as portfolio manager.
He has a degree in civil engineering from Mackenzie University of São Paulo, Brazil.
