Prior to joining Silvant on March 31, 2008, Mr. Foster was a Managing Director at Trusco from 1988 to March 2008, where he manage the SunBelt Equity Fund and grew the fund from $25 million to over $500 million in assets under management.
He also was a portfolio manager on Trusco Capital’s Large Cap Core Growth product.
Before that, he was with Society Corporation, National City Bank in Cleveland, Boston Safe Deposit in Massachusetts and the Wilmington Trust Company in Delaware.
Mr. Foster earned his Bachelors of Science in Finance from the University of Delaware in 1969.
