Subsequently, he became Managing Director and Regional Manager of Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management in Houston before leading the business in San Francisco.
Mr. Milligan received an M.B.A. from Stanford University and a B.S.
in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
