Mr. Jerry Quinnell is a Principal at Gaas Labs, Inc. Prior to joining Gaas Labs, Mr. Quinnell spent 10 years with Sirenza Microdevices, Inc. (Nasdaq: SMDI), a supplier of radio frequency semiconductors and related components for the commercial communications, consumer and aerospace, defense and homeland security equipment markets.
At various times during his tenure with Sirenza, he served as its Executive Vice President, Corporate Business Development, Chief Strategy Officer, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Chief Operating Officer, and as the President of one of its operating divisions.
Mr. Quinnell also led the Sirenza deal team on numerous corporate acquisitions, as well as Sirenza’s successful sale to RF Micro Devices, Inc. (Nasdaq: RFMD).
Prior to working at Sirenza, he served as the Vice President of Avnet, Inc., and the President and Chief Operating Officer of its RF and Microwave business unit, and as Chief Operating Officer of Penstock, Inc., an RF and microwave distribution company subsequently sold to Avnet.
Mr. Quinnell earned a BS from the University of Phoenix.
