Prior to joining Parish Capital in July 2007, Mr. Chason was in a management development program at Danaher.
Initially, he worked on an internal lean consulting group known as the Danaher Business System.
From there, Mr. Chason was promoted to Focus Factory Manager where he had operational responsibilities for a $65MM business unit in a unionized facility.
In addition to his operational experience, Mr. Chason worked for three years as an Associate at BancBoston Capital and, prior to that, as an Analyst in Leverage Finance at Wachovia.
Mr. Chason received a BA in Economics from Davidson College.
He received his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business Administration where he was a Genovese Fellow and a recipient of the C.
Stewart Sheppard Award.
