Prior to joining Quintana, Mr. Cameron was Vice President, Legal Counsel and Secretary of Group 1 Automotive, Inc., a Fortune 400 automotive retailer.
Prior to joining Group 1, he was an associate in the Corporate Finance and Securities section of Vinson & Elkins L.L.P., Houston, Texas.
Mr. Cameron attended The University of Texas at Austin, where he received a B.A. in Plan II in 1992 and a J.D.
in 1996.
