Profil

Mr. Jean-Paul Tardif is Vice President-Investments at ID Capital Management, Inc. and Chairman at Nanoledge, Inc. Prior to that, he was Senior Director of Investments at Telesystem Ltd.
He previously served as Director, Planning and Special Projects Group at Telesystem, Treasurer at Telesystem Mobile International (TIW) and Senior Director, Investments and Projects at Teleglobe Inc. Before joining Telesystem in 1990, he worked as a consultant in financial analysis and enterprise valuation at Raymond Chabot Martin Paré.
Mr. Tardif contributed for two years to the start-up phase of TIW, an international company dedicated to the launch of new wireless telecommunications operations outside of Canada.
During his stay at Teleglobe, he oversaw the financial aspects of merger and acquisition activities, including the sale of Teleglobe to BCE.
More recently, he was hired as acting chief financial officer for the start-up of Inukshuk, a Microcell subsidiary which operates a wireless broadband network.
Mr. Tardif has sat on the boards of ORBCOMM, Mobile Computing Corporation, Microtec and SOE Technologies.
Mr. Tardif obtained an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science from Laval University.
He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
